Define Your Breakthrough
I’ve heard in countless songs, testimonies, sermons, and lessons that someone is either ready for their breakthrough; experiencing a breakthrough; had a breakthrough; or even waiting on a breakthrough. I never questioned what a breakthrough was because I took it literally meaning “breaking through whatever issue I’m having;” basically coming out of the tunnel and seeing the bright sunshine on the other side. Recently I’ve come to realize that that wasn’t thoroughly what a breakthrough was at all! A breakthrough isn’t finally seeing the light after darkness, a breakthrough is praising & giving thanks for the light while IN the darkness. Yeah, it’s that deep! So when people say I’m waiting on my breakthrough, I am bound to inform them YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT ON THAT! YOU CAN START YOUR BREAKTHROUGH RIGHT HERE & NOW! Truth of the matter is God is a good God, and He is good all by himself without doing another thing for us in life; give Him thanks for that. He will never leave nor forsake us, and He wants us to have the desires of our hearts (given we succumb to His will); give Him praise for that. Indeed, He will see us through and we have to have faith in that, always. You define your breakthrough & when it starts.
Praising in advance, in the midst of it all, is what a breakthrough is. Like my Pastor once said, if you want to see your breakthrough, start praising in advance and watch your burdens lift off you much quicker!
Be Blessed

Powerful, indeed. It reinforces the scripture, ‘Faith without works is dead’. We must do our part in order to have a breakthrough.
